We are mother and daughter writers who need your help to finish writing our 1st Black Superhero novel and screenplay, as part of an exciting film saga and book series coming down the pipeline! It's an epic action adventure supernatural fantasy, about a wholesome, metaphysically gifted teenager, who will BLAST OFF and save the world! We believe this important project will help give a much needed positive lift-- to the self esteem of youth of color, while entertaining us all!

Your funding will afford us updated writing tools, the prescious time and all the activity needed to successfully finish writing, do re-writes and final drafts, and also give us the power to hire professional editors, readers, layout and cover illustration etc. We are experienced writers who have worked as film reviewers and entertainment writers and we have written creative works for PBS, radio, video and local youth productions.

Please help us make a difference in the lives of Black and Brown youth who may feel a lack of self worth or hopelessness, while also helping to fill in the gap of missing Black heroes, superheroes and positive role models for youth in popular media, and in general.
